Anti-Fossil Fuels?

 People tired of the mayhem.

The public are getting tired of the ongoing fuel protesting and eventually things will get 'out of hand, and someone will be killed, people so far have been so tolerant, but this will not last and the attacks at the Proms and the snooker did not go very well.

Politicians are secretly investing in fossil fuels and using the proxy war in the Ukraine to cover those secret financial gains, there has been some revelation in recent days, but this is really just the tip of one iceberg, since most of them are still trading with Russia in various areas?

Is going electric the answers, probably not, hydrogen being the logical choice for the near future is more plausible and cheaper for existing cars to be converted. Meanwhile the ULEZ schemes are really hitting the working classes and the poor and the government will have to overturn local authorities and the Mayor of London and other large cities if a balance in business is to continue!

Public transport in rural areas is being cut back and the hypocrisy of providing more is a myth, while regional powers say one thing and continue to do the other?

Next Generation Electric!

 Better transport Requirements?

This new generation of electric vehicles brings with it great promises of better things and yet Tesla is still having driverless collisions and fatalities?

But design and electrical improvements with docking stations are becoming more popular in England and Wales, but for some what we have and is to come is still not enough and one would have to agree that every petrol station should have a docking facility!

Trucks and buses are now very much to be seen across the country and more are on the way with hydrogen gas and electric on a par with each other in mixed fleets, even rail is starting to adapt to the option of gas powered trains alongside battery ones.

Gas Powered Aviation = The Future!

 Hydrogen is now a Fact?

Many aircraft manufacturers say, 'That they are now planning for hydrogen powered design along with the wing concepts that will prove to be more economical!

Already there is a push in Europe for such a concept, while Embraer is looking at battery powered helicopter flight with many others?

Airbus is now promoting the A220-100 as a business jet to counter new arrivals from Japan and the far east that will do very well.

Boeing has certified its MAX series into service, after the two tragic losses, Ryanair will be the biggest operator of the type in Europe and outside of the U.S. Many new adaptions are being added to the Boeing 777-10 series and Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner, while Airbus has been busy with its popular A330 and EWB A350-900/1000 series.

Hydrogen!

The power of the immediate Future?

Gas powered buses are popping up everywhere and London is promising a huge fleet, but down in Plymouth these vehicles continue to run with the conventional so one cannot not see if they will make much difference across England at this time?

Legislation to get the infrastructure into place for alternative energy fuels will as it does take time and one has to wonder when it does get through what new tech will be available?

We seem to always be lagging behind here in the U.K. with transport and trying to improve or claim to be greener when in reality we are not like the rest of Europe or many other places too!

Hydrogen will be easier to manage that the rechargeable battery for now and with some automobiles having options this is the beginning of a new future? Sadly the lack of will by the producers not to cut the prices on these alternative new cars may prove in the long term that they are not as good as is being claimed?

Stagecoach to Automobile.

The design of the Car.

The origins of the motorcar began with a steam version of the stagecoach minus horses, but it was not popular at least 60 years before the car was conceived? The public in London were scared of this way ahead concept, because it sometimes ran out of control.

Today the car has not changed in its layout since 1890, various chassis and body shells expanded it from a four seats to seven, anything after that is considered to be a mini-bus. Fast cars have come and gone, engines, materials have changed and improved? While fuels have moved from steam to petrol, diesel to LPG and now we are entering the age of electric, bio and hydrogen?

Cars without drivers in the idea of the Android is being developed, but the design of these new types are still based on the original layout? Perhaps some bright spark might come up with a round car in this new field, so people can relax and rest in the open planned vehicle?

The Automobile, Car. Part-One.

Horseless Carriage.

The automobile/car is the most prolific vehicle that humanity has yet conceived! The car started off as a steam powered machine, but with the advent of the petrol engine it has never looked back. For the first time, as far as we know humanity had a carriage, without the need of a horse.

Today there are hundreds of types, makes of cars and vans across the globe. Nearly every country in the world is able to build some form of the car, from a very basic model to the very advanced hydrogen version.

What I intend to do is split this subject in to three parts, first the conception of the car and its uses and developments. Then move on to its construction and design and last of all it negative aspects.

The car is like a carriage or trap, it conveys a small number of people 1-5 from A to Z, it has a effective range and is comfortable. The advantages of the car is one of protective covering and the other of speed and no need to have an animal.

But petrol and later diesel and LPG gas became available for more economic reasons, to do with world conflicts and the price of petroleum.
