The future of the A380?

Limited production and what Alternatives?

It really big the Airbus A380-800 super jumbo and heavy, because of fuel needed for long haul operations! Air France, Qantas Australia, Singapore, Emerites, British Airways, Lufthansa and one two others make up the main customers for this type.

Some of the Gulf states one must say provide luxury than cannot be rivalled in the aviation industry or commercial flight, but this will not be enough to save this wonderful aircraft some alternative role must be found within the next six years to keep it in viable production?

The alternatives may be both the freighter version something huge for FedEx or UPS to get all those Amazon parcels around the world? The other is a military transport version, which would place it on a par with the Russian Antonov An-124 Ruslan and the U.S. Lockheed C-5 Galaxy?

The problem with the aviation industry today is that airlines want smaller or medium sized aircraft, while Boeing and Airbus continue to fight the market with their 787 Dreamliner series and respective A350-900 Extra-wide bodied models!
